- I have lived in Niwot since 1987 and reside in the old farmhouse on Monarch Road, which was the original 164 acre homestead in Niwot. We enjoy hiking, snow shoeing, camping all year round, scuba diving and hot spring soaking. I have a house in Cozumel to rent or sell. The diving is fantastic there.
